Thought it may be a good idea to mix my miralax and jello together so I could drink it without feeling sick from taste or smell,worse idea I ever had,it was kinda like the baking soda effect when you poorer it in your 5th grade volcano project,only explosion lasted about 12 hours:) won't do that again,ever,but I didn't taste it;)to top it off my doc found 6 polyps he sending for biopsy except for the two that didn't make it out and I've got esophageal varicles.

Sounds awful. One of my favorite sayings is: "Experience is what you get, when you didn't get what you wanted."

Sometimes it's better to just choke down the icky stuff and be done with it.

David, that is one of my fav sayings also - and it really is true!

Hep, sorry about the 'live and learn' experience with the miralax - ick! It reminded me about Robert's battle with lactulose. Just like I did with the liquid medicines my kids took from time to time when they were little (to show them it wasn't all that bad...yeah right!), I tasted the lactulose and I have to agree....gross. The first couple of times Robert took his lactulose, he was almost sipping it cause it tasted so bad. I finally told him, "Babe, I've seen you guzzle Jack Daniels and probably a thousand bottles of beer in the 'good ol' days' - you can handle a little bit of sugar syrup - drink it fast and bottoms up!" He started doing that - but he still grumbled about it every single time.

:) know what you're saying,getting it down is one thing I just have problems keeping it down,but it's over with now I guess at least for a year:)
