Choosing a second transplant center

I have a living donor, but there is always the possibility that he will be rejected. My next option is to travel to a place that does cadaveric transplants with the lowest possible MELD scores.

Is there a place online that I can find the average meld scores for cadaveric liver recipients at any given transplant center?

and/or what has been your experience - what have you heard regarding centers that transplant at lower MELD scores?

I have heard Mayo, FL is low-mid 20's MELD. I think most in FL are close to that same MELD.

There are centers in the mid-western and southern states that I hear also tx in low 20's. Hope our living donor works out for you.

Im on the road today.

I'll try to be more helpful tonight at the hotel. I brought the laptop. Moderating from my phone is awful...Mostly mistyped mush..yes we can get texas info out of Unos data.
