End of treatment viral load

I just found out that my viral load is undetectable at the end of my six months on Sovaldi and Ribavirin! I'll test again in 3 months and hope that I get the same results again. This was a very good way to end the year. I'm wishing all of you the very best- Happy New year. My struggles are small compared to many of you and I feel fortunate to have had a pretty easy time on this treatment. What a far cry from my interferon treatment years ago!!!

Plant...I am really grateful your VL is where we like it at this point! 12 weeks until your final lab for SVR. Glad you made it through treatment and have a super (EOT) end of treatment report. Big Hugs

Thank you both! Now I'm really crossing my fingers for an EOT SVR. I know that will my keep my cirrhosis from progressing as quickly as it will if I do not obtain SVR. I will find out how my varisces have been doing in a couple of weeks. Hopefully not much banding or even none this time ....
