Hi,
Ive had Hep C for 31 years. Havent drank for 7 years, but Ive been on alot of medication for years which I know stresses my liver. I got alot of bloodwork last year, and went to the hospital with serious confusion. I had some ammonia on my brain, they did an ultrasound and said I didnt have cirrhosis. Liver enzymes slightly elevated,
Within the last month Ive seriously lost my appetite. Its started with chicken. No matter how I tried to cook it, my body rejected it like I was trying to eat dog food. But salmon, pork, sausage, red meat and eggs were things Ive liked. Than all of a sudden I couldnt eat salmon. Id try to pick at it and could barely take a few bites and than itd sit in the refrigerator until it was old. Than it was eggs, and to.my shock, I had a tbone steak, I tried to chew that up and had to spit it out, My whole body was repulsed by it. Than it was all greens, salad, kale, spinach cabbage things I liked 3 months ago now impossible to even taste. The only thing I can eat now is milk, cereal, cheese, yogurt, some fruit, bread, lots of bread, sweets, fruit smoothies. Also I bruise constantly and am exhausted. Than in the last month I cant spell, which Ive always been good at and math and budgeting are getting really difficult. I can take a pill and 15 minutes later I CAN NOT tell you if i took that pill or not. Thats why I have to set everything out the night before. Anyone else have similar issues?
Thank you
