Hepatitis B and Core Antibody IGM

Hi everyone! I just found out that i have Hep B. My primary care dr will refer me to see a GI dr. I am confused on my test results.

Hep B Antigen: Non Reactive
Hep B Surface Antibody: Non Reactive
Hep B Core Antibody Total= Non Reactive but the Hep B Core Antibody IGM=Reactive

So she (my Dr) is stumped as to why i tested positive only for the Core Antibody IGM. My AST Levels and ALT area all perfect she said and within normal range. Anybody with similar experience? I have to say i am very worried.
