Hi--
I've had four and have severe steatosis with every liver cell affected. It is typical in my family for this disorder--acompanied by metabolic syndrome and diabetes to progress to cirrhosis and then death at an early age. I'm wondering how many biopsies a person can get. I think I've developed some fibrosis and things are plodding along down the road to being sicker, but I wonder how they will know. Does anyone know how many you can have? I assume they fill in with tissue, right? Is there a point you can reach where you can't have them anymore? Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
