dicyclomine

Hi

 Has anyone taken dicyclomine? Dr. just prescribed me some on Monday.Directions said to take 3 times a day.By Wednesday I thought I was having  heart attack.My heart which is a bit elevated to begin with was beating 120 per min.I called Dr he said to stop taking..So now Im back to Belladonna which dosent make my heart pound, but dosent give much relief.

  Im taking Atenlol for rapid heart beat.Dr said it isnt a "plumbing problem" its electrical. Have had treadmill ekg echo all ok.So sick of not feeling good.

 Sorry to go on and on.But after 50 yrs of being healthy I turn 51 and everything is breaking down

I just asked Dr. for prescription for Benytl which is Dicyclomine because  Ican't get the Hyoscymaine generically anymore. I hope I don't have this problem but even though it says 3 times a day I would never take it that often. Probably use it when needed but glad to have this warning. I have a slow heart rate so maybe it won't be a problem.
