I tried the Activia Probiotic yogurt and found it made my stomach feel worse. Any suggestions as to another brand or way of trying probiotics?
Use a probiotic supplement (pill or powder form, pill is easier) the one I use is called primadophilus reuteri made by natures way and it's helped a lot with my CD and IBS and totally took care of my lactose intolerance issues, but I would imagine if I were to stop taking it my lactose issues would re-appear and it wouldn't be a good outcome for my IBS and CD as it would make those symptoms worse again I'm sure....for women the primadophilus also aids with vaginal health...you should be able to get it at your local health food store, if they don't have it ask them to special order it in for you, it's affordable but the only downside is it must be kept cold (should be in the stores fridge when you purchase) and kept in yours at home.
