Thanks for the responses.
As far as the bleeding goes, it was at the very beginning of a half marathon. I had a colonoscopy which showed ulcers and inflammation - but not UC or Chron's. They then said is was post-infectious IBS and the IBS symptoms may stay for a couple of years. I was exercising 2-3 hrs/day 5-6 days/week. I never had any symptoms until I started training more. At first it was the N, B, G and then came the cramping, D, back pain, then the bleeding. The bleeding freaked me out so I stopped working out completely - Dr recommended it.
Prior to this, I slept 9 hrs/night with no problems. Now, each time I have started to workout, the symptoms come back - so I have stopped. This time, I am going to continue and see what happens.
I've never had a sleep study - the fatigue only started last May and I'm not sure if my thyroid was checked. The fatigue started with all the other symptoms so I have always thought they were related.
I'm just bummed that working out seems to be bad for me! Very strange.
