New Here and Not feeling so good

Hi there. I belong to the Lupus board and am not new to Healingwell but am new to IBS. I have RSD, Lupus, Acid Reflux, Thyroid Disease and now IBS.

I have been having a rough week. Last Tuesday I spent 40 minutes on the toilet, pain and cramps, diarehha and normal bm's all thrown in together. I was like that off and on all day. Since then I went 6 days without a bm so last night I took a Dulcolox (not sure of spelling) and have spent most of the day on teh toilet, same as last week. Pain, diarehha, half normal stool and just not feeling well. I really need help trying to figure out what sets off these spells. I am on alot of medication for the Lupus and pain pills for the Lupus and the RSD. I finally had to give in and take sme Pepto Bismal today but it isn't helping. I really need help.

Can anyone give me some suggestions on what to do to help with these symptoms? Please?

What kind of diet are you on? Your body seems to be going in complete opposite directions...first you can't stop, then you can't go...people with IBS usually are on or the other, were you diagnosed by your doctor? I asked about your diet because usually its diet that causes swings like this
