There is a marvelous book to read call Cure the Incurable by Mikhail Tombak PhD graduated from the faculty of biology and chemistry of the Russian University. Head of Center for Health Sciences in Moscow.......
The definition of IBS as far as I am concerned is a colon that is partially block, about 30-40 years ago it was called colitis. Now we have IBS A,C and D and to me it is all the same and yes yogurt (storebought) is not going to cut it
With a blockage you have got bacteria level that builds of chemistry that you dont want and once the blockage is cleared you still have this off balance and waiting for the body to do it on its own will take much time and thus the reason for probiotics
Our colon is our lifeline and once we understand how important this one organ is relating to the rest of the body, the healthier we will all be
As far as I am concerned, and believe me, I have been there as I had a blockage in my colon at the portal vein of the liver, causing my liver to swell up and also affecting my kidneys. This had me bring out the books to see how I can help my self and needless to say if it wasnt for understanding how the body works, I dont think I would be here today or else I would be on a ton of drugs that I would refuse to take.
We should all steer away from the drugs that make our liver work harder and understand the biology of this "disease" We can go ahead and call it whatever name we want, make another name for it, or lets call it another disease, whatever, this book is fantastic in helping people understand and to help themselves
Knowledge is Power!!!!
