Maybe someone else has the same symptoms so I'm hoping I'm not the only one out there. Not sure what it could be but have a guess that maybe it could be either IBS or gall bladder related?
For about
4 days now I have had the feeling of being nauseous and also having the urge constantly to poop. When I do go to the bathroom, it is loose but not diarhea. After going to the bathroom, I continue to have the urge all day to poop but nothing happens. I'm scared to leave the house just because of the way I feel. Ocasionally I get pain in my lower gut area. I'm hungry but then when I start eating or after eating I feel nauseous again This all seems to last for a week or more and then goes away for a month or two and then comes back. Just wondering if there are any ideas of what it could be? Should I be going to a doctor?
Thank you in advance

You should check in with your doctor to make sure there is nothing wrong, but it sounds like IBS to me.

This is one of my classic symptoms of IBS....go see a GI though and get a proper work-up.

Thanks for your answers. I couldn't take the pain anymore and finally ended up in emergency one afternoon. I have been diagnosed with diverticulitis. Right now I am on two antibiotics and they are helping with the pain, but causing "D". I'm hoping the "D" is temporary and will go away when the antibiotics are gone in the next couple of days. And I'm also hoping surgery won't be needed.
