dull lower abdominal pain +nausea

I have all sorts of bowel problems, but sometimes I have really annoying nausea and dull abdominal pain. The pain is centered just below my naval and dull. Sometimes it lasts for days at a time and isn't relieved by passing gas.

I get nausea quite a lot with IBS.
Have you seen your doctor about the pain?
