So it has been going on for quite some time now but (couple of years or so) after I was diagnosed with Lupus in 2006 and was going through chemo for my kidneys...I was still smoking, and since I had trouble sleeping back then, because of all the anxiety and stress, I would wake up really early and go outside and smoke, during that smoke, I would feel the sudden urge to have a huge bowel movement. I would run back inside go to the toilet and explode, but what came with it was intense hot flashes, where I would strip my clothes off, feel nauseous, and at times practically feel as if I was going to pass out. It happened a handful of times during a 6 month period or so. Always in the morning, and usually but not all related to my cigarette.
It went away and every so often I just have really intense bowel movements (usually morning or evening) never in the afternoon. Maybe once a month, the symptons were never as intense and shortlived. There were times I really felt I was going to be sick(vomit) but never actually threw up. Until lately. The last few months I have been increasingly gagging and throwing up, always in the morning(usually before I eat anything) and/or at night (usually during supper or after) This happens every couple of weeks or so and occasinally as often as a couple times in one week. I always feel better after. I don't always suffer the hot flashes and what not...it's just like I'm pooping and then Bam...vomit...
I am really nervous to talk to my doctors about it, since it is one more thing to add to the list and I am afraid it is something new that is very bad...I just don't know. I never have had stomach problems before..other than reactions to medications and what not...HELP!
