I found out from reading books about
jucing diets that its sometimes very hard for a stomach thats been on a liquid diet to go back to a solid diet. It can cause all the bloating and pain which is worse for someone like us.
Maybe you can slowly add very small chunks of fruits and veggies or slowly not blend your smoothies as much. Or reading up on how someone who juices goes back to solid food might help.
When I feel I can't eat an actual meal I drink an Ensure. Its a protein drink that is very nutritional, and they actually have one that keeps you from losing too much weight.
