Personally...and it's just me, I would stay away from all bread for now (gluten, wheat, or yeast could be a problem) and canned soups (added chemicals/additives may be a culprit). Could you try "homemade" soups, lean protein, well-cooked non-gaseous causing veggies? I also recommend the probiotics but you may have to try a few before you get the one that is right for you. Some caused me ill-wanted symptoms....gas, tummy discomfort.
