Hi there. I get frequent diarrhea, but I notice sometimes it gets better if I drink green tea with a dab of honey. I sometimes put a squeeze of lime. I use the Lemongrass green tea (ingredients also say rose petals and peppermint) and drink about
2 cups per day. As for purely herbal teas, peppermint is a good one. I think teas in general are good for health. Definitely better than soda and coffee that everyone at work drinks (yuck).
For me, it's also how it makes me feel. I work at a desk job all day (I'm an accountant), and my green tea breaks are when I take off my glasses and shut my eyes, slowly drinking it. It literally saves me from stress during the work day. Sounds corny, but true.
