I have taken it a few times. It seems to help but I dont get dizzy from it.It does blur my vision(a lil less intense than getting your eyes dialated at the eye doctor)but afterwards it gives me a terrible miagrain.I just pick the lesser of two evils.Hope this helps. It doesnt scare me to take it though.

i have taken it quite a few times over the last 15 years, for PMS cramps or IBS cramps, and usually for 3 - 5 days once in 3 months or so. it makes me slightly sleepy. it is supposed to relax the muscles of the uterus/colon etc.. and anti-spasmodic. the label says that alcohol will make its effects much stronger. i havent had any problem with it.

I took it for about
3 weeks but it made my diarrhea worse, so I stopped it.
Now I'm dealing with constipation from pain meds....so aggravating.
I hope you feel better soon & I'm sure the dizziness will go away, so if I were you, I would continue to take it if it helps.

I took it a couple years ago. and probably the first week of taking i did fell kind of dizzy and out of sorts something like taking a pain pill with codine. I took one or two pill probably every 6 hours every day. and after that first week or so i didnt feel any different at all from taking it, it just made my stomach feel better with out that dizzy drugged type feeling. so if it seems to help you just give it a little time. it really was a great medicine! also try a probiotic for the IBS, if i remember to take mine, all my IBS problem pretty much go away. best thing my dr ever started me on.
