Hi, I'm new to this forum thing, but my symptoms are getting worse so I figure anything could help at this point. So first thing is my flare up are often in the morning especially if I have to wake up super early. Just real bad stomach pains bursting, I can feel my gut move too and it is very uncomfortable. I was diagnosed a little over a year ago, but my parents think that it's an excuse for me not to go to school. For some reason they thought I was being bullied and I used my stomach to get out of it ( this wasn't true ), but to prove to them that it was really my stomach, I even switched schools to show it wasn't a bully. They are constantly on my case. telling me its all in my head and that I do not try hard enough to maintain my stomach issues, when in reality I work out every other day doing exercises that I hear helps regulate bowel movements, and I drink plenty of water, I even take lactacid pills to help digest dairy and a probiotic to help my gut. Any way I don't like having this problem, I miss going out to school and hanging out with out having to worry about an episode, so I was wondering if any of you had any thing you do that could help so I could do them as well.
