Miserable

Hello,

I have had IBS for years.    At times I look like I am going to give birth, especially this evening.    I don't go to the bathroom at times for a week and when I do I get extreme pains and finally I go and I  feel like I lost a lot of weight and my stomach is flat.   I am tired of dealing with this.  Fiber pills don't help and I am beginning to think I have something else going on. 

Can anyone help?

Hello. My next purchase will be Miralax. I have tried many over counter remedies. By the way how do you feel by going Gluten free? Thx for your response.
