has anyone tried this and does it help? mY DR wants me to try and said to give about a month .....

I have not heard of this one. What is it and what is it supposed to do?? I am always up for new things that may help. I am to see yet another new doctor in a couple weeks.

its for severe constipation . I am having some side effects but I think I need to start on the lower dose...
