Just saw the results of my Sitz marker test - the 3 and 5 day images. On day 3, there were 22 markers spread all throughout. On day 5, I only counted 2, very low.

Anyone have any ideas what this might mean?

That means you don't have a slow colon transit that causes constipation.
You doctor will order different tests.
