I got the results of my colonoscopy and endoscopy~

Colonoscopy~Found one polyp, precancerous and was removed said I don't need to come back for 5 yrs.

Endoscopy~ took biposies...came back nothing cancerous...but it was imflamed....probably form my gerd~

Those would be good results right? I have severe anxiety and I just woudl like some feedback...the docs seem as though they are good with it~

Those would be excellent reports and please continue to follow up on your colonscopies.  Be your own best advocate. 

I was dx with IBS years ago but in 12/2011 I started to have severe fatigue and my "IBS" seemed to be acting up more than usual.  I saw my Dr. several times and anxiety was mentioned as a cause for my complaints. 

In August I went in to see my PCP and I was blindsided by a large colon tumor, stage 3C.  I should have know better and set up a colonoscopy much sooner so do stay on top of your status.

I am now in chemo and it is not fun.....................all because I did not think straight.

Yep those are good results and seems to be the proper course of action. However if you notice any unusual changes, please get in for another scope. There is no law that states you have to wait exactly 5 years for another scope.

Thanks I knew you guys would know! Now if I can get a couple other things answered I will be good to go and hopefully back to normal! At least my normal~ Anxiety sucks especially when you aren't in the best of health.....hard for me and apparently some docs to differentiate between whats anxiety and whats not!
