Okay, as you probably got from the post, I have EXTREME bloating :[ It can look as if i'm 6 months pregnant, and i'm pretty sure all my symptoms point to IBS (Abdominal pain, gas, constipation and diarrea, fatigue, etc). I've had all of these for a while, especially bloating and constipation, but never excessive bloating like this till about
6 months ago. Plus, IBS runs in my family, so i'm pretty sure thats she problem. I'm already a vegan, so I know it's not lactose intolerance. I've started to take soluble fiber supplements, (but not too much, to avoid even more bloating, which I dont want!), and for about
a month I took Gas X every day, which helped a bit. Ive started to take achidophilus a few times a day, and another digestive enzyme twice daily before a meal, and finally another garlic supplement for digestion. I also am very active, am at the gym usually an hour about
every other day, and I walk my dogs and do tumbling and cheerleading too.
Still, after trying all this, and hours of fruitless research online, nothing seems to helo my horrible bloating, its so depressing and my clothes are very uncomfortable and dont fit anymore.
The only other things I can think of is drinking thigns like fennel tea, which I heard can help, and drinking more water every day.
If anybody has conquered severe bloating due to IBS and knows what I should do, please please please help me out!!!
