Hi All,
I am 27 years old male. Been suffering with IBS since birth - starting with Lactose intolerant from childhood. Which made me to grow with low immunity and hyper sensitive body. Recently got anal fissure because of explosive diarrhea due to strong antibiotic taken for flu. And had anal sphincterotomy surgery for anal fissure cure. The stress and strain lead me to severe CPPS/Prostatitis. My problem is combination of C & D. If i take light food i get in to Constipation (brick hard stool). If i take little fat or spicy food, i will be running around with diarrhea. Under weight since birth - upon that lost 25 pounds last year.
Had my colonoscopy, endoscopy and pill cam done last month. Diagnosed with Grade A reflux esophagitis, Gastric mucosal abnormality by erythema and Hiatus Hernia.
My IBS gone wild for the past 1 year. Fear and anxiety is contributing more now. Everyday is a new struggle with different symptom. Staying away completely from fat, spicy and acidic food. Managing to have lactose free milk with cereals in small quantity. Got my own low Fodmap diet after several trial and error.
Taking Pantoprazole, multivitamins, probiotic, b-complex, digestive enzyme and prostate formula for relief.
Two days before had bland diet and suffered constipation with brick hard stool which tore my anus with light bleeding. Since that having severe pain in lower abdomen (somewhere near bladder and prostate) just minutes before having bowel movement. Once i pass the stool - i get relieved. Not sure if my pelvic muscles are more strained now or my prostate is so weak. Tested rice crisps yesterday which had malt and butter. Loose stools for 3 times and pelvic pain put me down almost whole day. Successful professional but completely away from my previous social life and parties.
Getting myself isolated because of multiple problems. Too young to handle all these. Came through this forum, thought of sharing my story and listening to others. Any tips or advise is highly appreciated.
Thanks
