Breathalyser to test yeast /bacteria in body?

I've come across a thread which says : "One thing you might try is a breathalyzer test to see if you have bad bacteria (including yeast) in your guts."

I wonder if this breathalyser is the same as the one used to determine the alcohol content in the body?
