Please Help

Please if anyone help me out with these IBS pains... Its really building up my anxiety sky high .....

I am having dull aching pain on the right side of abdomen, the pain is at just below my ribs and lower front abdomen with its sides/ flank also at the back side of flank or shall i say lower right back.

These are not interconnected pains and sometime its feels heavy on the right side and because of this i recently again had blood work up and abdominal ultrasound ....all clear

Please can anyone let me know if anyone has the same problem in ibs on the right side ....would definitely calm me down...

The doctor who did ultrasound ...said that gall bladder is fine as ultra sound shows it as normal texture and besides he said you dont have the dymptoms of any stones or bile duct issue .... Your blood reports are all normal too
