Do not attempt the super low carb, super low sugar diet with first doing some research. I take numerous vitamin and mineral supplements to compensate for the lack of fruits and vegetables. I lost 15 lbs even though I am a thin person. I'm slowing introducing small items into my menu to keep my weight up. But, of course, I have to be careful because NOTHING is worth a flare up!! I eat mostly proteins and fats, 15 sugars a day and 25-30 carbs a day.
