Im looking to try Psyllium to help regulate i have issues with both C and D and also Hemorrhoid issues
My main concern is 2 things, interaction with medication absorption and the fullness feeling it might give
Its hard to find a straight up answer on this but does it affect the absorption of all medication or only some?
If all how many hours before medication and how many hours after would be safe to take?
I would take it with meals but i already have a fullness issue since i have gastritis so i get full early already so i think taking it with a meal could make that worse
any tips would be greatly appreciated

I haven't noticed any fullness feeling when I take psyllium.
I take it at breakfast and then take my morning meds about
20 minutes later. I haven't noticed any issues with this, although I know it is not the recommended approach.
My best advice is to start with a very small dose and work your way up slowly.

Hi, I also take Psyllium. But, I think I am not in the position to answer your question. I suggest, you ask your doctor for the right instructions. :) Hope you get better soon.
