Sesame Seeds in every stool? Could it be a parasite

I have been noticing recently that I have been finding sesame like particles in my stool. I never eat anything that would look like that.
Its been 3.5 months of loose green stool. Could it be a parasite? I cant take this anymore. I had a one day stool sample, should I have collected stool longer?

I don't have any of those other symptoms. I dont have it ever bowel movement but I have it probably 60 percent of the time. I have been having loose stools every single bowel movement for 3.5 months ,I am just trying to figure out what is wrong with me. Like I said in my other posts it came at a time when I was really down and had first panic attacks of my life, I am hoping it is all anxiety related, I really don't my mind to keep wandering to the other things it can be...mainly Colon C.

From someone who has IBS and 2 years experience from having nothing but HELL I can give you the following advice:

Don't guess. If you want to know what's going on in your colon, get a DNA based stool test and have them check for everything: good bacteria, bad bacteria, parasites, yeast, inflammation levels etc.

Cost is about $400 to 500.

You would think that insurance companies would pay for something like this, instead of $1,000s of CAT scans, etc. But nope!

Wow, very interesting to read this.....as I have observed this as well recently.  In sum, I had stomach issues that run down the list of the symptoms mentioned above a few years back. Was seeing a functional medicine doc at the time that after hearing this (observing sesame seed objects in stool but not eating sesame seeds) ordered a stool test which had hits for high bacteria and probability for parasites.  I took Diflucan for a few days, and things got markedly better.  But, things came back and I could not afford the functional doc anymore, and went traditional.  Led to having my gallbladder out (almost 3 years ago now) and had 6 months relief.  Same deal came back.  Anyway, I cycle through these periods where I really feel like crap with the symptoms listed by the earlier message.  I tend to see those seed looking things in the stool then, but also sweat a ton more ( I am an avid runner and still persist even if not feeling well) and the sweat also has a different odor to it.  Seems like those things go hand in hand when I have a flare up.  Question would be....what would cause the flare?  I don't eat sugar or high fat foods anymore as they always cause things to get worse.  What would cause them to calm down?  Traditional doc didn't take the functional medicine docs test results serious at all.  I did convince to have another stool test a year ago and it was negative even though I was seeing the seed things in the stool.  Really confused here, but what I am seeing and feeling is not normal.  Any comments?

I’m also an avid runner with the same problem. Has anyone made any progress in determining the cause?
