Hello, does any one have pain in the center upper abdomen which i believe is stomach area , its right in the center and it starts after having a bowel moment , it does not matter if i am having regular bowel moment or constipated , as soon my bowel moment i have this achy/gawning/pressure pain.

I just recently did an endoscopy which was normal.

I get the same type of ache right where the V of the ribcage is. I also get discomfort to the touch along the rib line where there is cartilage. I have a hiatal hernia which could be causing gas buildup but who knows? With irritable bowel, any symptom is possible. I also have had clean endoscopies outside of some minor gastritis.

Red_34, my history is 3 yrs old due to an infection and i have IBS-C, i had pains all over my abdomen specially on the right side flank, headache, brain fog, nasuea , fatigue etc. i had colonscopy , ct scan with barium , ultrasounds , blood tests etc.

Since 3 months i have this middle abdomen pain which is constant in the middle but increases when i have bowel moment ... It dosent matter if i have daily or after 2-3 days....so after bowel moment the mild pain increases ... The middle part is also tender... I feel indigestion too or may be its indigestion pain as i also feel strange feeling of throat like some one is pressing it ... Had endoscopy and barium meal both and were clear.

Now is this particular ibs... Or anyone has any idea..

ACE1287: i agree with you...sometime i think why me and how can i get rid of it...this also causes anxiety ...
