HELP!!! IBS? Ulcerative colitis? I need some advice.

I am a 19 year old female and I have been suffering from constant nausea for the past 3 weeks. I also have had diarrhea and will randomly get some foamy mucousy looking poop come out too (Sorry for tmi). I also get a lot of gas especially in the morning. I am also extremely tired and I do not really have any appetite. I was 61kgs 3 weeks ago and now I am sitting at 55 kgs. And just recently when I breathe in deeply I get some pain in the right side of my chest (Around gall bladder area). Also get the odd pain in my kidneys. But other than that I have had really no abdominal pains or anything?

I have had on going symptoms for the past 5 years of bloating, gas and feeling very nauseous every time before I needed to pass a bowel motion (Once I passed it the nausea would become instantly relieved). I also have a family history of digestive/IBS issues.

I have been to the doctor 3 times and now he thinks i have IBD so have been prescribed to asacol and have got an appointment to have a possible colonoscopy on Wednesday next week. But the thing is, I do not know if it is IBD because of the symptoms I am getting. All i want to know is whether anyone with IBS get severe nausea and just not want to get out of bed because you feel so ill. And how long it lasts for?

I do get moderate anxiety and with my boyfriend going back to study has left me feeling quite depressed..So I do not know whether that is contributing to me feeling bad either.

I have had the whole 3 weeks of work as I have obviously been very unwell. I am just so fed up with feeling like this constantly because I am generally quite healthy. I basically wanted to know other peoples experiences and whether they are similar to me?

I had blood in my stools 2 weeks ago for one day (about 4 times). Then went to doctor and they gave me suppositorys (The doctor first thought it was a fissure) and I have not had any blood since 2 weeks ago???
