Some of this may be attributed to your anxiety. Are you generally anxious, or have you just recently become anxious since you have begun feeling unwell? You may feel better if you can learn to manage your anxiety. There are techniques you can try, or you can talk to your doctor about a very mild medication that can help you with some of the symptoms - at least until you feel better. Counseling can also help.
