If you don't have fevers, night sweats, lots of bleeding for days on and off you can heal this to a manageable level without major medical expense.
The body is fighting an infection (maybe even itself). Some of the liquid is needed to keep you moving inside and flush and protect the
open wounds inside that are bleeding.
I JUST got a cutting seton for an anal fistula from an infected gland from junk eating and habits. It cut free about
10 days ago. I still have yellow discharge from the healing wound (that hopefully does heal). I have a road still ahead to cure the final area into a scar. It took years for my personal situation to develop
My recommendation is see a dietitian, know what you allergic to, remove stress, quit eating junk food more than once every 30 days until you are in stable condition. I weighed over 400lbs when I got my abscess and fistula--I am under 400 from loss of weight due to illness cleared up with the cuting seton and diet changes).
Get on some probiotics. I took and take (occasionally now) Klaire Labs Ther-Biotic Complete. It really straightened out my BMs. I have less a day (2 most of the time sometimes 1--used to have 3 to 4 or more), they are usually one piece, not hard, consistent and the most normal I have even had in my life. This might not be only because of probiotics, I did have surgury to fix a fistula, did enemas before and started antibiotics along with staring 2 pills a day of the probiotics. I also had a HUGE mental state of readiness to heal inside of me.
That pain and cramping is wrong it shouldn't happen! I know I had to miss life events, school, work etc because of same crap for over 30 years. Cutting out processed sweets and sugars helped. Eating things that worked with my body properly helped.
I would also do sitz-baths 2 to 3 times a day, especially after a BM. I practiced not straining when I go.
The sitz bath with help pull out the toxins in the area and help move out possible infections that might be happening near the end of your digestive track at least. You will feel more stable in between BMs--which is what everyone wants.
Also get rid of the wipping (it can lead to a further infection, especially if you are bleeding inside--doctor was a bit off on that--from personal experience clean up now), do a bidet, get a portable one and take it to work. Only have TP to dab dry with.
PrepH.. I never used it more than once and found it useless long time ago. If you have been suffering for 20 days do warm sitz, just water or I sometimes started with soap and then a lot of rinsing with warm-warm water. It really helps. I have internal hemroidal tissue and I am sure from your descript
ion you would also under a surgical examination.
