Yes it can be cured but only gradually .I m saying this because i was diagnosed by doctor with this disease .But he could not help with all the medications he recommended .So i tried to sort it out myself. I used to sit at 2 places for whole day i.e either in front of my computer (to browse the possible solutions ) or washroom .
And what i found that it was mostly due to my wrong lifestyle .So i followed some rules/steps strictly which helped me to come out of this problem:
1.Please don't eat and drink together .There must be a gap of 90 minutes.
2.There must be proper timings of having brkfst ,lunch ,dinner as our digestive system works best at particular timings . Bw 9-11 am (Heavy meal ) ,2-3 pm (lunch ) , before 7 pm Dinner (light). Also the quantity should be reducing with the day as our digestive system also works best in the morning and keeps slowing with the day. Except this please do not take anything in b/w for which u need to move your jaw.
3.Also never sit and lie down just after meals .Try to walk or move for min 15 minutes.
4.Avoid peanuts ,cashew nuts ,almonds and other stuff which are winter friendly .
5.Try to avoid milk for first 6 months as some of the people might be suffering from lactose indigestion too.
6.Many times its in the brain so keep assuming that i am feeling well and now i am coming back on track.
7.Running in the morning for 5-7 km Daily.
8.Keep ur mood happy .Stress is the biggest enemy of this disease.
Well these all steps helped me .This should work for u as well .But as i said most of the problems are associated with our own lifestyle and i dont know about yours so u should try what i tried .i.e hit and trial method .I kept writing my habits ,food ,action to see its after effect and this helped me to come to the above given points.
Note:If these steps help you then pls spread to other people who are in need and if not then tell to me.God bless all.
