Iba c help please

was diagnosed with ibsc bout 5 months ago and I stay bloated and distended all the time the last 2 weeks I've been taking Miramax and supcolax here and there but it's just small prices and water should I increase my Miramax intake ?

I don't know much about the medication but are you having stress or anxiety issues? they could be affecting your symptoms
