I need some help--please

I'm 30 & have had stomach problems since I can remember but have never been diagnosed with IBS.

Recently, though, I've been having diarrhea (which is not something I used to get more than once a year) very frequently. Not only is it diarrhea but it also comes on very suddenly & unexpectedly & when I sit to go it explodes or shoots out forcefully. Only a small amount explodes out & then I'm done/no more comes out. I also experience a crampy sort of pain in my lower abdomen near my belly button. I've been having this happen everyday this week.

I had an x-ray which showed gas but nothing else. Then I had an abdominal CAT scan with contrast that was normal. My blood and my urine tests were normal. What should I do next? Does this sound like IBS?

I haven't started any new meds, no. I changed my diet 3 weeks ago pretty drastically but this daily diarrhea didn't start until just four days or so ago. Also, before I changed my diet I did experience sudden explosive diarrhea sometimes after eating but it was few and far between. This week, however, every time I've had a bowel movement it's come suddenly causing me to rush to the bathroom and then it propels liquid out forcefully. I haven't had a normal bowel movement in many days.
