That's a good question for your naturopath/llmd. To be honest, I can't see the treatment being that much different...especially if you take the herbal route.
You need to find out if you have sibo and what type (hydrogen vs methane), as the treatments can vary slightly. Just treating the Lyme will not get rid of the sibo. You have an imbalance in your flora (if you have sibo) or bacteria in your small intestine (where there shouldn't be much bacteria).
Sibo sucks and can be awfully hard to eradicate permanently. It's a battle.
