In 2013 at 18 I had my gallbladder removed and since then I had diarrhea. I have had a Sechat test twice proving bile salt malabsorption but Dr was reluctant to treat but finally after 4 years I have my sachets! I live in the uk and I know I can get the pill form but I've been taking my sachets in tomato soup which is working for me! I've come here to see if anyone has success stories with this? I haven't dared leave the house in two years and have severe anxiety due to not wanting to mess myself. I've only had the sachets a day so I'm not expecting miracles but how do I know it's working?! My poop is still luminous yellow and I still have the omg I need to go NOW. Do the sachets stop that and make my poops normal like before my op?? Also does anyone have any diet ideas or anything that can help? I have yakult, calcium, vitamin d ad I take ibs relief to stop gas pain. Taking the vitamins due to the fact my body can't make any anymore so coming off them isn't an option. I'm only 22 and I want to get married and I darent incase my wedding is me on the toilet haha. I can't even wear jeans anymore I'll only wear tshirt dresses in black. Looking for ay advice here I need a life! Thankyou!
