Im definitely a googler and Slightly a hypochondriac, still dont 100% trust my doctors diagnosis lol . but i guess only time will tell. I have read and heard stories of people getting ibd and they loose weight, and vomit, and bleed. I havnt had any of that, although i dont feel like my normal self the last couple months Im really hoping i continue to improve. Thats the negative thing about
fecal calprotectin is it shows inflammation but it doesnt give a cause, it can be elevated from infection (what my GI thinks happend to me), drugs, toxins, or ibd, etc..... However, if mine is still elevated at this point it will be interesting what my GI says.... since the colonoscopy didnt show any evidence of IBd .. thank you and i hope you feel better too
On my other post u mentioned something about
remission and scopes, how were u diagnosed. Ive heard its unlikely ibd is missed on a c-scope
