Terrible gas pains

I get awful gas pains pretty frequently. Sometimes I feel them up high under my ribs and other times down low in my intestines. They seem to only improve if I walk around a lot and pass gas . Obviously I also get a lot of floating when this happens. Does anyone else experienced this? Thanks for any help you can give me.

I've been having the same thing lately. I have a UTI right now that is like none I've ever had before. Really kicking me around. And the bloating is terrible. I just go around tooting all the time. Very unusual for me. IBS sucks!

For UTI I take some D-Mannose powder in chlorine/flouride free water along with IP6 ( inositol hexaphonsphate) due to a STUCK stone and really bad infection.

I drink plenty of clean filtered (at home) water.

As for a once IBS sufferer: I found a tincture online from an energique site: Digesticom. Along with homeopathy cell salts #11 - nat sulph and #10 nat phos. Lots of gingr tea. Pepermint essential oils...a bit of chamomile tincture in water helps too.
