I have been dealing with SIBO for some time now and for now I am managing to control it with a broad spectrum approach suited to me specifically. Here are some links to sites with comprehensive information that you may find helpful:

I have been very frustrated by this condition. I have done Xifaxan, Berberine/Neem/ADP-delay release oreano oil as a combo, Candibactin AR and BR combo, but eventually it returns. I am intolerant to the prokinetics recommended which are said to be a must. Microbiome Labs has some supplements and a lab test which sound promising, but I am introducing them very slowly and cannot say as yet if they are helping. Also, there is a lab test BiomeFx which does whole genome sequencing of your microbiome and reports results which can be used to guide changes in lifestyle, diet, and supplements to improve your microbiome. You can find more information here: www.biomefx.com. Look under education for a interpretation and recommendation guide.
I just did this test and am awaiting the results but have looked at sample results and am hopeful it will give me some clues as to how I might improve my IBS and SIBO

Just thought to ask this forum about experiences with SIBO, and if so, how you treated it. I have had some symptoms arise after taking a course of heaving antibiotics post surgery. I think this has set the stage for some bacterial problems in the gut as my stool test now shows. I am taking the breath test now as that is the one that will tell if I do in fact have SIBO. But even so, the stool test shows things are out of balance. If anyone has an insights here, I would love to hear it.
