I can only think of a few non-invasive tests:
Abdominal Ultrasound
Stool sample (parasites, blood)
Breath test (bacterial overgrowth)

Blood work:
Anemia
H. Pylori
IBD (this would be through Prometheus Labs)
Lactose Intolerance (Prometheus does this too)
Celias (Prometheus)

Invasive:
Sigmoidoscopy
Colonoscopy
EGD (upper endoscopy)

I may have forgetten a few so I'm sure someone else will be around here shortly.

Upper and lower GI's are barium meals. If they find anything, even the slightest bit off, they'll want to scope you. I would go straight to the scopes. That barium is hard to get down (and keep down). Yuck.
Most doctors have a Prometheus kit.... They take your blood, fill out the Promethues paperwork and mail the kit with your blood to them. Results come in about a week.

I thank you for your post, but unfortunately, we all have different conditions that affects us.  If you have read under my posts, that I was born with a rare bleeding disorder that prevents me from clotting, and this causes more complications for myself.  I wish I had it easy like yourself, but unfortunately I don't. 

My gastro doc told me yesterday, that I was not aware of he biopsies everything.  This is even more of a risk for bleeding.  I am having an H2O breath test to see if I am truly lactose intolerant.  The MUO is the only Hospital here where I live, that does this testing.
