That sounds like my acid reflux! Do you get a sort of gnawing pain underneath your breastbone, and its the feeling like you kinda need to eat but you dont want to because you already feel nauseated!! I know exactly what you feel like. If you are a nervous person like me, you might be taking your anxiety about feeling sick and transferring it through your stomach, which puts you in a vicious cycle. See, I had severe emetophobia(fear of vomiting) and still have a bit of it but not nearly as bad as before. I also had acid reflux, and whenever I got reflux, I would immediatly become panicked and the anxiety made the nausea WORSE. So, whenever you get that feeling, try taking 3 deep cleansing breaths and tell yourself it will be okay. If that fails, try like everyone else said and sip tea and nibble some crackers. Also try to distract yourself. It'll help take your mind off it. :)
