Overweight? Girl, you're all muscle doing all that exercise! You make the rest of us look bad.
Try being 175lb and 5'6". If I got down to 150, I'd think myself pretty trim. If all our actresses and models and other "ideals of feminine perfection and beauty" didn't look like refugees from some third world famine, then you'd recognize that you are a trim, well-toned woman who is PERFECTLY NORMAL. It's everyone else who is underweight (which is actually a lot unhealthier than being overweight, especially for older folks). And, besides, skinny women very rarely have boobs of any decent size. You'll appreciate having some when you go to get into your prom dress or wedding dress.
I agree with you on the sugar tooth thing. I got mine stirred up at Christmas and I thought I was never going to get it beat back down. It is true that the more sugar you eat, the more you crave it; that's why it's hard to get off it. I'm back down to a low to moderate sugar consumption again and I don't crave it too much. I have read that even if you drink diet colas, they taste like real sugar and they make you crave real sugar, so the best way to back off your sugar intake is to drop all kinds of sweetened drinks. I like to keep a rich, imported chocolate bar handy; it only takes a few bites before I get full of it. Most people can only tolerate so much really rich food, so it's better to eat a few bites of that than a lot of candy--you'll get less sugar that way.
