Raw apples and apple juice are generally no-no's because they produce gas. I think cooked apples are less of a problem for most people, but, in the end, it really depends on how sensitive you are. The best thing to do is to go without apple sauce, then try some and see if it makes you extra gassy, bloated or makes your diarrhea worse.
