Sorry about
the change in your DX...but you do have a forum to go to, if you have crohns go to the crohns forum if you have UC go to the ulcertive colitis forum...I have crohns-colitis, it's crohns disease but it's affecting my colon where UC is affected so I actually go to both the CD and UC forums here at healingwell...just go to the forum quick jump at the top right hand of the page and you'll find them listed alphabetically...see you there!
BTW, my GI strongly suspects I have IBS on top of my crohns (IBD), and I'm also confirmed as having lactose intolerance.

Oh Scrappy, I'm so sorry about
your diagnosis.
pb4 is right, you can head on over to the IBD boards. BUT, feel free to poke your head back in hear.... We'd love to get some updates.
Good luck with your treatment.

It's okay,7Lil. Now at least I know and can fight it! And I will fight it. It gives you a strange feeling when the Dr you have been going to for 15 years shakes his head and won't look into my face. He is not a bad Dr,thats not it. But he knows my family from all these years of treatment and hospital stays. I don't think it is easy for him to tell me bad news. Heck I already had an idea of what he was going to say to me. I like this forum better than the UC one,the people are friendlier......ooh hope I don't get flamed for that comment!!! Thanks you guys, you really do make me feel better. Scrappy

Don't worry Scrappy, the UCers will warm up to you. And vice versa. We really do have a great group of people here at HealingWell. And don't think you can't still visit us here at IBS... You are always welcome.
