Through research it's being discovered that taking a good probiotic daily for both IBDers and IBSers can be quite beneficial...you'll get more out of taking a good probiotic then eating the yogurt alone...if you're on antibiotics it's important to take the probiotics at least 2 hrs AFTER taking your anitbiotics because antibiotics kill everything and taking the probiotic before taking the anti will defeat the purpose...probiotcs bring about
a healthy and balanced gut flora that's why it's important to take them everyday regardless if you're on antibiotics or not.
