I remember going camping and there was this religious soap/oils  peppermint?

I now know I can get this locally  in myarea and you can bathe ,shower drink it etc it is an aawesome and super-powerful soap?

Since we say peppermint is gre8t for us do you think this oil is  good to drink with the proper mixture , and you may read its lable

also GInger is another excellent source of ailement and  it is a chineseherbal oot cooked over 24 hours it is another   good source but can you handel its spices?

Peppermint is not good for people with acid reflux. It may calm the stomach but it will also make the LES valve that keeps the stomach acid from backing up open and floppy. This allows the acid to come back up. Mint is the first thing that gastro Dr. told me I could not use for my acid problem. There are some capsules that they say don't disolve till their are in the intestines but I wouldn't be on that as when I take them everything tastes like peppermint for a long time. I do use ginger for nausea but I sometimes have to take a peppermint, ginger and fennel combo to calm my stomach and get rid of gas even though I know I am not supposed to take.

If I remember right when I takem nexium, that was all i taisted was peppermint LOL
yesacid reflux I rather have it is so much better than the moment I shard at the most spent room just now LOL

I have never tasted peppermint with my Nexium. Acid reflux can cause severe damage to the esophagous and is nothing to fool with as it can eat away the lining of the esophagous and make it actually change in structure. sorry I didn't understand your last line.

Hmm...I'm not so sure that drinking Dr. Bronner's (the name of the soap) is such a good idea...after all, it IS a soap!  Some people add a drop or two of peppermint oil to their tea or something and that would be a better way to try peppermint if you're interested!
