Still going through a pretty rough time here with IBS-D/IBS-A and I got to thinking today ... just recently I started eating alot of nuts (sunflowers, pumpkin, almonds) ... and today I came across an article on one website which listed nuts as a definate no no for IBS sufferers and wondered if this is what could have triggered this chronic bout ... does anyone else have any similar experience having eaten them or any other kind of nut or seed?
Also .. having barely been able to eat for over a week now does anyone have any suggestions (for a vegetarian) as to what would be good to help get me back on an even keel?
All I'm managing in a day is a banana, dry crackers and since yesterday, rice with veg. I've lost half a stone (6lb this last week) and really can't afford to lose anymore
